Janet Akin brings a wealth of experience to all her real estate transactions. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she held Director and Vice President positions in the telecommunications and online software industries where she managed the marketing, sales, and service divisions for several global companies including Pacific Bell, SBC and 2Bridge Software. Not surprisingly, she leverages the skills and insight she gained from these diverse experiences on each and every client transaction.
Janet approaches every client’s marketing plan, sales strategy, contract negotiations, and support efforts no differently than she approached the numerous multi-national sales contracts she managed – with speed, focus, precision and perhaps most importantly – respect and integrity.

Dustin Gutierrez, prior to joining Coldwell Banker, had twelve years experience in sales and service and a propensity for seeing the big picture while never losing sight of the important details of every transaction. Whatever it is, his clients trust that if Dustin is involved, the transaction will go smoothly and swiftly and always, problem-free.
